The Assyrian Assembly of God was outgrowing their facilities in Reservoir. The congregation, growing in number and diversity looked to the future to house their future. An internationally trained architect within the congregation designed the initial concept and looked for a locally registered designer to see it to fruition.
With some modest changes to the original design to achieve better efficiencies, the building came in on budget. The auditorium multipurpose room and dining hall provides functionality and flexibility for the growing congregation. A modest interior reflects the ethos of the church that celebrates their faith through music and prayer. The exterior façade provides an inviting entrance in a palette drawn from ancient Mesopotamia.
